I have been through a major career change myself very successfully and have refocused my career a number of times to great effect.

I have worked in both the Public and Private sectors; in Senior Management roles and on a consultancy basis.

I know the tools and techniques to structure your approach and have many tips learnt from experience.

I have interviewed many individuals and been interviewed many times for senior roles in both the Public and Private sectors.

From my experience, I have developed a structured approach that can deliver results,  but can also be flexible to meet your individual needs.
