Fee Structure
The Fee structure is flexible and is based on the amount of support you need.
For example, you may need help on a specific aspect of your Career search, such as understanding your Core/transferable skills, Interview practice, CV Preparation, or how to increase your network. These focused interventions can help you increase momentum and ensure you are moving in the right direction. A number of items can be combined in an extended package, created specifically for your needs. I will be able to give you personal advice, work with you to create improvements to your approach and provide you with templates and check-lists for you to use.
If you feel that you need a more comprehensive approach, especially if you are looking into a Career change or are entering the job market afresh. I would suggest that in this case you cover all of the six steps outlined in the Career Change approach. This will create a powerful approach that will get you noticed in the job market and increase your likelihood of securing the Career that is right for you.
Whichever approach is right for you, I will work with you on a one to one basis and will give you personal support via Phone, email, Video call or face to face, when this is possible. I will make myself available for full development sessions or to answer quick questions to help, when you need it.

Will allow time for feedback, learning and an iterative development approach
Will give you direction and practical advice you can use

4 Hours of face to face meeting time (sessions configured for maximum effect)

Typically over 8 - 16 weeks
A comprehensive approach for Career Change or new Job search
Covers all six building blocks in the Career Change / Job search programme
Will maximise your chances of making a step change in your circumstances and reposition yourself in the job market
Includes face to face time and significant personal help
Allows time for assessment, reflection and personalised coaching
Will allow time for feedback and learning, coupled with a comprehensive development approach
Will give you direction and practical advice you can use

8 hours of face to face time configured specifically to your needs and the programme designed for you
